If you choose to process an online payment we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your payment including, but not limited to, name, email address, credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number. We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes. We do not sell or share information to unrelated third parties.
Refund Policy
Security deposits and prorated rent are returned within (15) days via mail by check provided you submit a 30 day written Notice to Vacate prior to vacate and there is no balance due on your account and space is left clean, undamaged with lock removed.
